The use of sound as a therapeutic technique and in spiritual rituals is one of the oldest healing modalities on the planet. It is mentioned in ancient texts of many traditions around the globe. Recently, sound therapy has become one of the most sought after and researched techniques of our time. It is a powerful modality for discovering, accessing and engaging with higher aspects of your Self and your greater potential.
My intention is to support those who seek to learn new ways of being in the world. I serve as a conduit for your journey into sound as a potent and effective tool for the revelation of useful and transformative information about who you are. I work in partnership with you to develop personal practices that may empower, nurture and strengthen a willingness and capacity for higher knowing, higher being, and self-love.
Attend a sound bath and immerse yourself in the ethereal frequencies of the pure quartz crystal singing bowls, the warm tones of the Himalayan singing bowls, the mystical qualities and sensations of the gong, chimes, steel tongue drum and other instruments. Rest on your mat and allow the sounds to move through you as they lift, clarify and restore coherence to your field.
